Flow and Volume Laboratory - measurements within an EURAMET interlaboratory comparison

The engineers of the INM Flow and Volume Laboratory have started today, 21.4.2021, the measurements within the interlaboratory comparison EURAMET.M.FF-S14 (EURAMET Project 1479) in the field of Volume (1000 dm3).

The pilot laboratory of the comparison is the Metrology Institute of the Republic of Slovenia (MIRS), gathering participants from 18 states, among which the National Institute of Metrology of the Republic of Moldova.

The transfer standards is a Carbon steel Proving tank, offered by IPQ Portugal. INM has received the equipment from Norway and has approximatelly 3 weeks for conducting the measurements, and then send it to the Spanish Institute of Metrology.
