INM – host of the COOMET TC 1.9 ”Ionizing Radiation and Radioactivity” meeting

During 17-19 September, Moldova was the host of the 16th annual meeting of the COOMET Technical Committee 1.9 ”Ionizing Radiation and Radioactivity”. 12 representatives of 9 COOMET member states met in Chisinau to discuss current and future projects, interlaboratory comparisons and CMC tables in this field.

The three very productive days culminated with the visit of the technical committee members in the INM laboratories, where the specialists of the institute made short presentations of the equipment owned and of the achievements until now.
