INM at the COOMET TC ”Photometry and Radiometry” meeting

The 17th meeting of the COOMET Technical Committee TC 1.7 ”Photometry and Radiometry” took place in Bratislava, Slovakia, during 10-12 September 2019. Among the subjects discussed were the following: status of COOMET comparisons on photometry and radiometry, program of comparisons for 2020-2022, COOMET activity in CMCs expertise, both within COOMET and internationally.

Simultaneously, a workshop on photometry and radiometry entitled ”Results of CIPM MRA revision: comparisons and CMCs” was organized. The workshop was attended by 18 participants from 10 COOMET member states.

The INM representative, Mr. Anatolii Bescupschi, participated both in the workshop as leading lector and in the TC meeting as its Chair.

To be mentioned that the Technical Committee meeting was attended by the representatives of the Consultative Committee for Photometry and Radiometry of CIPM – Dr. Maria-Luisa Rastello – Chair of CCPR and Dr. Marek Smid – Head of CMC Working Group.
