As QUALITY defines every activity of INM, we cannot pass by the opportunity to celebrate it today, 12 November 2020.
The European Quality Week is an annual focus for campaigns of public awareness, promotion and demonstration of the advantages and importance of quality for competitiveness across Europe. It takes place in November during the week that includes the second Thursday of the month - World Quality Day.
The slogan for 2020 is ”Quality as Competitive Advantage in an Uncertain Environment”.
For 2020, the World Quality Day theme is "Creating Customer Value". It is all about recognizing the individuals and organizations that encourage a culture of putting their customers first. Companies that prioritize their consumers are constantly striving to improve their processes, services and products. All of these constant improvements create value for clients and increase overall customer satisfaction, thus providing a competitive advantage in the uncertain environment that we have these days. Creating value for customers is the focus of this year's Quality Day, but it's something INM focuses on every day, implementing efficiently a Quality Management System according to the reference standard SM EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
