25-26 May 2020 – EURAMET General Assembly

The EURAMET General Assembly, the most important annual meeting in the framework of EURAMET, is taking place online this year.

The Republic of Moldova is represented by Mr. Anatolie Melenciuc, the Director of the National Institute of Metrology.

Among the important subjects discussed are: the development of European Metrology Networks, the EMPIR follow-up program, the financial report for 2019, the updated 2020 budget and the budget proposal for 2021, the Strategy for digital transformation of metrology in Europe etc.

Also, the agenda includes the election of next EURAMET Chairperson, the re-election of three Technical Committee Chairs, as well as the voting of some members of the Board of Directors.
